If your garment doesn’t feel like the soft, premium-quality product you expected, or if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are always here to listen and help.
A Note for Our International Customers
We are proud to welcome customers from around the world and are truly grateful that you choose RHYMAK, even from thousands of miles away.
At present, our standard 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy is applicable only to orders delivered within India.
We genuinely wish we could offer exactly the same return and exchange process to every customer worldwide. However, international returns involve significantly higher return shipping costs, longer processing times, customs procedures and different legal requirements in different countries. For a growing independent brand like ours, offering the same doorstep return process internationally is unfortunately not always practical or sustainable.
We hope you understand that this is not because we care any less about our international customers. Quite the opposite — we want to continue offering our products internationally while keeping our prices as fair and affordable as possible.
But please don’t worry — you are never on your own after placing an order.
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or experience any genuine issue with your order, our customer support team will always be here to understand the situation and work with you toward the best possible solution.

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot normally be processed. For orders delivered within India, you may be eligible to use our 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy, subject to the conditions below.

For orders delivered within India, we offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All original tags must be intact.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
For eligible orders delivered within India:
Visit our Return Portal on RHYMAK.com or contact our support team at rhymakstore@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep, generally within 48 hours.
Refund Processing
Prepaid Orders
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, such as your bank account, UPI or card.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For eligible COD refunds, you will receive a secure payout link through your registered mobile number or email address. You can use this link to receive your refund to your preferred UPI ID or bank account.
