Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Rhymak, we believe that waiting for your favorite comfort wear shouldn’t be an anxious experience. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your package arrives safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable. However, part of promotional activity, we offer free shipping on all purchase without minimum order amount.
Dispatch Timeline: All orders for our Signature Classic and Printed ranges are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse.
Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor its journey in real-time.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package to our warehouse. Please ensure you provide a complete shipping address and an active mobile number to prevent delivery failures.
