Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier). Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed, but you can utilize our 7-day return policy.
Return & Exchange Window: We offer a hassle-free 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns: > * Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:
Visit our Return Portal on Rhymak.com or email our support team at rhymakstore@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48 hours of approval.
Refund Processing:
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a secure payout link to your registered mobile/email to instantly claim your refund to any UPI ID or Bank Account.
